Kelly Clarkson, an American performer, songwriter, and actress who was crowned the American Idol competition in its debut season, and became America's Sweetheart. She has since released numerous album studios. The three albums made it to the US Billboard 200 chart, and others were just a little off. She's one of the biggest artists that have sprung from The American Idol series. In order to achieve success she played around with various music styles and experimented on themes. As a result of her distinctness and ability as a singer, she was praised by reviewers and was awarded a couple of prestigious prizes. Most notably she has won Grammy Awards three times. Grammy Award three times. The music industry isn't her only occupation. She also appears in television and film. She has also written her children's book River Rose and the Magical Lullaby as well as been a part of various charities.
